Lee is our NiP team captain and our company’s chief visionary. In August of 2006, through awesome vision, God answered Lees prayer to show him His true purpose in life to help people break free of nicotine addiction by developing a natural alternative to smokeless tobacco.
A self-confessed Copenhagen addict for 25 years, Lee knows firsthand how difficult it is to break the dependence of dip and the stronghold of nicotine addiction. That is why he has followed the vision and created NiP.
Lee is a 1993 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction. We are saddened to share that Lee passed away two years ago, leaving behind his beautiful wife, Meredith, daughters, Sarah Katherine and Caroline, and a mission and vision to continue. All three of these girls inspired him to QUIT using tobacco and to build a company and product line that will help people and transform lives. Today, his family and former peers continue to pursue his dream to help others like him.

Don Mitchell – Partner / Business Development
Don Mitchell graduated from the University Of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Civil Engineering. He enjoyed an outstanding college baseball career and was named to the All-Gulf South Conference team as third baseman in 1980-81. He signed with the Cincinnati Reds in September 1981 and played three years in the Reds minor league system.
After scouting assignments in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Atlanta, Don joined the expansion Arizona Diamondbacks organization in the summer of 1995 as their Scouting Director. Diamondbacks CEO/Chairman Jerry Colangelo wanted to pattern much of his organization after the successful Atlanta Braves, by building a program with strong pitching and maintaining a strong commitment to scouting and player development. Don was responsible for evaluating talent, negotiating contracts and dealing with agents as well as general managers. He has been directly involved in the negotiating of over 500 player contracts.
During his 4 year tenure in Arizona, 36 players to date have arrived on Major League rosters. Don left his position as Director of Scouting in the summer of 1999 to start GAAMES, a professional sports agency that exclusively represents professional baseball players. In 2008, GAAMES was acquired through a merger with Gaylord Sports, one of the country’s premier professional sports management companies located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over the past 30 years, Don has built a strong network of relationships with players, General Managers and Scouting and Player Development personnel of all 30 Major League Baseball organizations. Dons integrity and reputation within baseball circles is beyond reproach.
Don is a founding partner responsible for business development for NiP. He believes that our product NiP will be a game changer and will help transform lives far beyond the baseball diamond.
